The figure is a good example attributed to the Mexborough Potteries Yorkshire of a cow standing on a base with a calf at her feet and a figure of a standing milkmaid. They are colored in the Prattware palette, the oblong base with a typical sponged decoration in blue, black, and ochre associated with this pottery.

Dimensions: 6 inches high 6.5 inches long

Current Condition: Tips of the ears and horns professionally restored.
