The rare pottery teapot has fine agateware decoration and lead glaze and is supported by three paws with lion mask terminals. The small globular shape is a reminder of the expensiveness of tea in the 18th century. The cover features a well-modeled finial in the form of a Kylin.

Dimensions: 4.25 inches high

Current Condition: Tip of spout missing, a very feint old stable hairline at the body and some minor nicks otherwise in very good condition with no restorations.
