The pottery pearlware rooster is vibrantly decorated in enamel colors and is modeled standing with a pert expression on a round green base. The potter captured the bird's character perfectly, and this rare figure is one of the most colorful produced and is in very good condition with no restorations.

Dimensions: 7.75 inches high

Current Condition: Unrestored with only minor signs of historical wear commensurate with age.

Provenance: Retains a paper label attached under the base reads. Ye Harlequin Antique Shoppe (Visited by HM the Queen) Brighton.
