This rare figure depicts a barber standing against a plinth on which stands a wig. He is holding a comb and powder bowl part of the tools of his trade. The figure is in unrestored order and is a very clean and crisp example. The style of the base provides attribution of the "Sherratt Pottery" Staffordshire England in the early 19th century period.
