A very impressive and high-quality tree trunk figure group with bocage. The piece comprises a female figure milking a cow with a male companion standing by another cow, seated in the hollow of a tree is a figure of a child playing the flute watched by two swans. A rare example of Staffordshire pottery from the early 19th century.

Dimensions: 10 inches high

Current Condition: professional restoration to some leaves, swans heads and cows horns. Tiny chip on one restored
