A pottery pearlware glazed bust of Nelson modeled on a green plinth base and decorated in bright enamel colors. The back of the figure impressed NELSON. The figure is a rare, unusual image of the young Nelson and possibly the work of one of the Northern British Potteries.

Current Condition: Tip of the nose restored
Provenance: Retains the blue paper label of The Neville Jackson Collection.
