An English delftware Royal blue dash charger features a compelling image of a King standing crowned, dressed in an ermine cloak, and holding the symbols of his station: an orb and scepter. He is flanked by trees within a blue dash rim and a yellow border. The underside of the dish is lead-glazed. Various suggestions as to the identity have been recorded, including King Charles 11, King James 11, and King William 111. Wearing petticoat breeches was high fashion in the 1660s,  indicating that King Charles 11 maybe the figure depicted.

Current Condition: Excellent museum type restoration to broken section.
