This Leeds creamware chestnut or satsuma basket and cover is decorated with elaborate reticulated patterns in the typical quality of this pottery. The handles are rope twists with florette and leaf terminals, which is also a feature of the finial on the dome-shaped cover. The accompanying stand is a match in the same style, period, and color.

Diameter: 8 inches

Current Condition: Restored inner rim flange of the basket.
