These spectacular rare, and decorative bough pots have traveled together for over 200 years. They were made at the Daniel Steel Pottery, known for high-quality ceramics and located in Burslem, Staffordshire. The pots have elaborate domes with flower head finials. The decoration is classically inspired by the fashionable Adams style during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The pots are profusely decorated with leaves, grapes, and other Greek/ Roman classic emblems. The Bough Pots put together back to back make a circular central display, or individually the flat back is perfect for display such as on a mantlepiece.

Dimensions: 10.75 inches high, 4.5 inches wide, 8.5 inches long

Current Condition: The blue piece is unrestored, the dark buff piece has a 2" hairline and two small chips professionally and invisibly restored by the studio undertaking work for the British Royal Family.
