The slipware earthenware baking or loaf dish has a pie crust rim. It is remarkably decorated in an elaborate calligraphic form with a creamy slip onto a dark chocolate brown ground. The attractive bowl shape of the dish has probably formed during the firing process and adds interest along with the decorative appeal.

Dimensions: 3 inches high, 12 inches wide, 13 inches long

Current Condition: Feint and stable hairline from the rim.
