This English earthenware slipware circular formed baking or loaf dish is beautifully comb decorated. It has a pie crust rim and a wonderful glaze with sublime colored slip. This dish is exceptionally large and a very fine example from the late 18th century.

Current Condition: Fine hairline stabilized around a section of the rim approx 5" long
