The plate is an excellent example of English blue and white delftware emanating from the Bristol Pottery. The plate decorated with a long-necked bird the head with a crest standing amongst naively charming painted flowers and leaves. The border rim of the plate features foliate sprigs.

Diameter: 9 inches

Current Condition: Very good condition with only minor fritting to glaze at the edge of the rim.
