A fine English delftware pottery double Royal portrait of King William and Queen Mary blue dash charger made in c1689-94 period Bristol or London England. The monarchs are portrayed with crowns and capes standing between trees with sponged leaves. The charger bears the initials W M R (William and Mary Rex). The decoration and colour palette is very strong and the King is presenting his Queen with an orange, a rather charming touch.
