This English pottery delftware charger is polychrome decorated rim to rim with a Chinese landscape. The charger is more significant than usual and is decorated in manganese, yellow, and blue on a pale blue ground. It shows a two-story pagoda set on a rocky mound surrounded by stylized trees.
Diameter: 14 inches
Current Condition: Minor fritting at the rim.
