The delftware plate shows a peacock standing between trees which are sponge decorated in blue and green. The rim of this rare plate has blue concentric circles and was made in London.

Diameter: 8.5 inches

Current Condition: Minor chips at rim professionally restored.

Provenance: Retains the paper label of Sampson and Horne and featured in their annual exhibition of 2007.
