A rare large-scale tree trunk and bocage group with a shepherd and shepherdess seated in the hollow of a tree whilst surrounded by their flock. This piece is a fine example of its type with high-quality glaze, modeling, and colored enamels.Made in Staffordshire in the early 19th century.

Dimensions: 9.5 inches high 12.5 inches long

Current Condition: Minor restoration to some leaves and crook of shepherd
