A very rare pair of pearlware glaze pottery bocage figures of a lion and lioness with "tiger stripe" markings made in Staffordshire England in the early 19th century period. The central flower is especially appealing set within the bocage, the figures are impressed LION and LIONESS.

Dimensions: 4.75 inches high, 3.5 inches wide, 2 inches long

Current Condition: Some excellent restoration at tail, leaves and cracks.
