A fine and rare Dale Pottery tree trunk figure group with a goat and ewe standing on a base with a beautiful array of flowers and leaves. A boy shepherd sits at the base of the tree holding his attentive dog. The figure is of exceptional quality with fine modeling and superb colored enamels. There is remarkable attention to detail, a charming touch, the hat hanging off the central branch.

Dimensions: 8 inches high, 9.5 inches wide

Current Condition: Minor restoration to green enamel,chip at the trunk and part of the crook and one horn of the goat.
