Antique English Stirrup cup in the form of a salmon head from the Derby Workshops in circa 1800. The cup is "extremely" well decorated in a strikingly realistic fashion. Similar cups are produced in different sizes and this example is the largest size I have found. There is an inscription on fine gilt on the rim "Fishers Delight".
