Description
An exceptionally rare and probably unique pottery creamer in the form of a bull.
Such examples are usually figures of cows, it is likely that the bull was made as a “one off” with humorous intent. The colouring of the base suggest Scottish or North country origin, interestly the base is impressed in capitals ” B.BROWN”. There is no trace of a pottery under this name.Could it be that a worker in the pottery adapted a cow creamer to produce his bull?
