A good Prattware pottery stags head stirrup cup with relief molded decoration and well applied underglaze colours. The cup has interesting decorative features around the eyes and on top of the stags head, the rim has impressed circles a device used on Wheildon and early pottery pieces from the mid 18thc. Stags head stirrup cups are exceptionally rare.
Dimensions: 5.25 inches high, 3.5 inches wide, 3.5 inches long
Current Condition: Restored antlers and minor feint hairline at rim.
