English pottery figure of a standing horse sponge decorated in grey and ochre and wearing a blue checkered blanket with a yellow band around the girth. The thin green oblong base and the model of the figure give attribution to the St Anthony Pottery, which was located in Newcastle upon Tyne and dates to the early 19th century period.

Dimensions: 6 inches high, 6.5 inches wide

Current Condition: Restorations ears and at legs.
