Dated: 1790 to 1810 North East England probably Newcastle upon Tyne.

An early English pottery pearlware figure of a horse standing on a thin green base. The horse has yellow blanket and is unusually modelled with reins. Interesting the figure was made with upper and lower moulds denoting an ealry example from the late 18th century. Attribution is given to the St Anthony'S pottery in Newcastle upon Tyne North East England..

Dimensions: 5.75 inches high, 6.75 inches wide

Current Condition: Restored at reins,ears and original tail re-attached.

Provenance: New York Collection.
