Antique English creamware pottery teapot with an underglaze black printed scene of a couple seated in a garden the woman playing a flute. The cover is decorated with an image of a bird and winged insect.Attributed to Greatbach Pottery Staffordshire. Greatbach was an associate with Josiah Wedgwood and Thomas Whieldon, the “trinity” responsible for the creation of Staffordshire pottery production in the mid 18th century in England.
