A rare Ridgway Pottery oval-shaped drainer decorated in blue and white with an underglaze transfer print from the Oxford Series of ALL SOULS COLLEGE AND ST. MARY'S CHURCH.  The College was established in 1438 by Henry Chichele, Archbishop of Canterbury. The drainer is in fine condition and impressed on the revere with the numerals 18. The print is taken from a line engraving by J.Basire after H O'Neill (1784-1824)
