A large Ridgway Pottery oval-shaped platter decorated in blue and white with an underglaze transfer print from the Oxford Series of ALL SOULS COLLEGE AND ST. MARY'S CHURCH. The reverse of the platter bears the J and W Ridway mark in blue. The College was established in 1438 by Henry Chichele, Archbishop of Canterbury.

Dimensions: 16 inches high 21 inches long

Current Condition: Hairline at rim restored.
