A good decorative pair of Staffordshire porcelain figures of black and white hounds modeled recumbent on oblong bases with gilding and a moss green border at the bases. The dogs have characterful pert expectant expressions and are decorated and modeled with fine attention to detail. The models may represent the North American Indian Hare Dog and Newfoundland.

Dimensions: 4 inches high 5.75 inches long

Current Condition: Good condition with minor touching in of green enamel at the base.
