The assemblage of three pearlware pottery barrels is decorated in the distinctive style of the "china enameler" William Fifield at the Bristol Pottery located on Water Street. The barrels are decorated in script with initials, indicating the pieces were probably made as gifts or as commemorative. The barrels may be acquired individually, the largest initialed NP is 5" high (£485), the medium piece is initialed WB is 4.5" tall(£385) and the smallest version is initialed J M W is 4.25" high (£385)
