This rare pair of figures of Neptune and Venus (Aphrodite) are modeled standing on rococco shaped bases and painted in fine enamels. The figure of Neptune is impressed under the base Ra Wood Burslem 11. The figures are in remarkably good condition with only minor restoration. This pair was also produced in colored glazes and had a more formal presentation than this enameled version, with softer appeal while retaining the classic elegance always associated with Ralph Wood.

Dimensions: 11 inches high

Current Condition: Trident and angel's wing replaced on the cherub, chip on the dolphin's tail. Otherwise in good condition.
