A rare elegant soft-paste porcelain large-sized sauceboat in the shape of cos lettuce made at the famous Worcester Works. The boat is oval form and modeled with overlapping leaves with the stem curling to form the handle. The hand-painted decorations feature flowers and leaves. Two colorful pears are molded underneath the handles.
