The teapot has a white stoneware body and is salt-glazed, it is elaborately decorated with sprigs in the Chinese style and modeled standing on three paw feet, the cover has a finial figure of a bird.

Current Condition: Ancient feint hairline at the cover

Provenance: Retains the paper label of the famous ceramic dealers Manheim New York City.
