Staffordshire pottery bocage pearlware figure of Jesus Christ's crucifixion. This high-quality figure shows Jesus on the cross with two female figures thought to be Mary his mother and Mary Magdeline. Figures with a religious theme were often made with great care, and this rare piece and its attributes reflect this.

Dimensions: 10 inches high, 6 inches wide, 4 inches long

Current Condition: Some good restoration.

Provenance: With Jonathan Horne Kensington Church Street London and then from a private collection in USA.
