A rare pair of blue and white delftware pottery octagonal shaped plates finely and delicately decorated with the image of a putto surrounded by flowers. The border is decorated with trellis and pendent motifs. The plates can be acquired as a pair or as a single.

Diameter: 8.25 inches

Current Condition: Fine condition with only minor fritting at the rim consistent with this type of ware from the early 18th century period.
