A fine earthenware pottery circular shaped baking or loaf dish. The dish is strikingly decorated with three segments comprising of three way lines in a creamy coloured slip. The simplicity of design gives a very contemporary feel to the dish which would takes it place equally in a period or modernistic setting. The dish has the number 24 scratched into the base.
