Standing pottery figure of a gentleman possibly a merchant judging from his affluent pose. The figure is press molded and decorated with oxide colors and a lead glaze in the Thomas Whieldon fashion. The figure probably emanates from his workshop and dates to the mid 18th century period.

Dimensions: 5.5 inches high, 2 inches wide, 1.75 inches long

Current Condition: Restored professionally and invisibly some breaks at body and minor chip.
