A fine rare and highly decorative platter with underglaze transfer of grapes,vines and leaves which are had painted with enamel colours. The large scale of the platter is impressive and is so vibrantly decorated with a subtle purple and bright green that it has endless display possibilities. The back of the platter is impressed with a " workmans " mark associated with the Swansea Pottery in South Wales.
