A very rare English pottery figure of a military " Loyal Volunteer" in pratt colours. The figure is well modelled standing on a fine circular base with a Greek key border. The figure represents a Foot Volunteer with a musket. A similar example to this figure is at the Royal Pavilion Art Gallery and Museum in Brighton, England.
