Antique pottery pitcher in pearlware. The jug is decorated with good quality images of a horse and foal standing in a country landscape and a farmer standing with two cows. Interestingly the panel with the horses is signed "Platina". The gilding and quality of this pitcher indicate the work of a good English pottery.
