This pearlware pottery Cow Creamer was made at the Glamorgan Pottery in South Wales and is one of the best examples of its type. The figure is decorated in underglaze, high-quality, crisp-definition black transfer prints of romantic country scenes. The cover is original to the figure, a rare occurrence considering 200 years of history. The base bears the ceramic marks BB and I, which denote the figure's origin as the Baker, Bevan, and Irwin of the Glamorgan Pottery.

Dimensions: 5.8 inches high, 6.8 inches wide

Current Condition: Restored to the tips of horns.
