This unusual pottery fluted-formed vase is decorated in pink luster with black and green underglaze oxides. The double-sided central form is a dolphin, the head resting on a shell form at the base. This shape is more commonly found in late 18th-century examples decorated in the Ralph Wood style with underglaze oxide colors.

Dimensions: 7.75 inches high

Current Condition: No restoration and in good order with only minor signs of wear commensurate with age.
