A Staffordshire pottery pearlware glazed enamel decorated figure of a girl reading. She is modeled reading intently while sitting by a tree. The Oak leaf bocage and turquoise color application provide attribution to the Obadiah Sherratt Pottery in Burslem, Staffordshire.

Dimensions: 10.5 inches high

Current Condition: Restored to break on the reverse of the figure at the tree trunk .
