An English white stoneware saltglaze roundel with a fine full-length portrait in relief of King Charles I's wife, Queen Henrietta Maria, holding an orb and scepter. There is a pierced suspension hole at the top. This rare piece is attributed to John Dwight at the Fulham Pottery and dates to the Jacobite era. The queen was the mother of King James II, the last Catholic King Of Britain.
