A fine and rare "Stepped Toby Jug", creamware pottery body and decorated with oxide colours. The figure is good condition, remarkably the raised pipe has not suffered damage. The inside of the base has the unusual step modelling feature which gives this figure it's title. Staffordshire England circa 1780 period.

Current Condition: No restoration, minor historical natural wear.
