Highly decorative and rare pair of pottery plaques with strong relief images representing Day and Night. The corners feature flower and leave decoration and the side panels have an arcade of green leaves. The enamel and quality is of the highest order, they date to early 19th century period Staffordshire England.

Dimensions: 9.5 inches high, 9.5 inches wide, 1.5 inches long
