A rare and impressive pair of Staffordshire pottery pearlware figures the bocage with birds and a ram and ewe. These are amongst the largest pair of sheep figures produced by the Staffordshire potteries with bocage. The modelling is naive and bold especially the distinctive bocage with flowers featuring three birds perching amongst the upper branches.

Dimensions: 7 inches high, 6 inches wide, 4.75 inches long

Current Condition: Some leaves restored and minor enamels re-touched.
