Scratch blue decorated salt-glazed stoneware cream jug. The saltglaze has a translucent quality which is associated with the work of the Humphrey Palmer works which was located in Hanley Staffordshire in the mid 18th century. The creamer is exquisitely and finely potted with a classic pinch at the terminal of the handle.

Dimensions: 3.5 inches high, 3.25 inches wide, 2.5 inches long

Current Condition: Clean unrestored condition, a gem of a piece.
