Creamware pottery globular shaped teapot decorated with stripes of fruit and leaves in the "chintz" style. The handle is double rope twist, and the cover has a flower head finial with flower and leaf terminals which also embellish the handle. It is unusual to find fruit decoration on chintz teapots which are currently rare finds.

Dimensions: 5 inches high, 9 inches wide, 5.75 inches long

Current Condition: Tip of the spout and minor fritting at rim professionally restored.
